Refund policy

Should you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact oCarbon within 14 business days of receiving order. We will not accept returns on any items without prior authorization or after 14 business days. Returned items that are not damaged or incorrect are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If a core was provided, a similar type of core will be returned to you when it becomes available. Custom, made to order items are not returnable. Once authorization for the return is given, pack up items using an insured, major carrier and mail it to:

Be sure to put your Return Authorization number on the package. Failure to do so could result in delay of your refund and/or core.
