Shipping policy

Shipping:
oCarbon ships exclusively with UPS and USPS. Ground is the only method available at this time, due to the size of the boxes we use to ship items. Items will not be shipped until payment has been made in full and, if applicable, a core or deposit received. oCarbon reserves the right to change the method of shipping depending on product(s) ordered and the destination of the package(s). International duties, taxes, tariffs, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We are also not responsible for such fees/taxes on returned items. If you are concerned about the possibility of additional charges, please contact your local Import/Customs authority for more information. Free shipping offers are valid only for our US customers located in the Continental United States.


Damages:
In the event that you receive an item that is damaged, please notify oCarbon within 5 business days. Do not discard any of the box, packing material, or broken items. In most cases you will receive replacement items, however before we can replace damaged items, we require that you file a claim with FedEx. More information about filing a claim can be found here: http://www.fedex.com/us/customersupport/express/faq/claims.html You will need to supply them with information from your shipping label. Once you have a damage claim number, email oCarbon and we will do our best to get replacement parts to you. Damage claims MUST be made within 5 business days of the receipt of the shipment or oCarbon will no longer be responsible for replacing damaged parts.
